To resolve this issue, please follow these steps (which may vary depending on your version of Internet Explorer):
1) Close any applications that are using Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, or Windows Explorer.
2) Open Internet Explorer.
3) In the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".
4) Under "Browsing history", select "Delete...".
5) Next to "Temporary Internet Files", select "Delete files...".
6) Select "Yes".
This will remove any unnecessary files that have been automatically stored in your system with previous Internet use.
Next, uninstall the Full Tilt Poker software by following these steps:
1) Open "My Computer".
2) Select your main hard drive (usually "C: drive").
3) Open the "Program Files" folder.
4) Open the "Full Tilt Poker" folder.
5) Copy the file named "[YourPlayerID].xml", and paste it to your Desktop or a temporary folder.
6) Restart your computer.
7) Click the "Start" button.
8) Select "Control Panel".
9) Select "Add or Remove Programs".
10) Select "Full Tilt Poker".
11) Select "Change/Remove".
Now, please remove any Full Tilt Poker registration information on your computer by following these steps:

9) Right-click the "Full Tilt Poker" folder, select "Delete", then "Yes".
Next, please go to http://www.fulltiltpoker.com and download the Full Tilt Poker software again. To ensure our software saves correctly, select the "Save As" option when prompted. Change the file name to a distinctive file name such as "NEWFullTiltSetup.exe".
